Operators of all-electric stacker trucks are not allowed to drive under the influence of alcohol, be overweight or speeding, and are not allowed to brake suddenly or turn sharply. All-electric stacker trucks are prohibited from entering places where solvents and flammable gases are stored.
The safety device of all-electric stacker must be complete and intact, with sensitive and effective components and good technical performance. It is forbidden to drive the stacker with diseases. At ordinary times, it is necessary to carry out necessary daily maintenance on all-electric stacker and carefully check all components.
Maintain the standard running state of the all-electric stacker, when the forklift is running off the ground, the forklift is 10-20 cm off the ground, and when the all-electric stacker stops, the forklift is lowered to the ground height for running; When driving in poor road conditions, its weight should be reduced appropriately, and the driving speed of all-electric stacker should be reduced.
If the electric controller is out of control when the all-electric stacker is driving, disconnect the main power supply in time.
Special attention should be paid to the timely charging and correct maintenance of the battery when using the all-electric stacker. Pay attention to the method when charging the battery, so as to make the battery fully charged and not cause the battery to be overcharged; When the battery is in a state of power loss, it is necessary to strongly charge the battery for many times, and then it can return to normal; Always check whether the distilled water of the battery is sufficient, and replenish it in time if it is insufficient.
In the operation of all-electric stacker, use long-distance acceleration as little as possible. When the all-electric stacker starts and the speed increases, hold the accelerator pedal steady. If the road conditions are good, the stacker will continue to accelerate. When the stack truck needs to slow down, relax the accelerator pedal and lightly pedal the brake pedal, which can make full use of the energy of deceleration. If the all-electric stack truck has regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy during deceleration can be recovered. When the vehicle descends on the ramp, don't disconnect the circuit of the driving motor of the all-electric stacker, and gently press the brake pedal to make the all-electric stacker run in the regenerative braking state, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the battery by using the kinetic energy of the vehicle descending.
Do not mistake the "forward and backward" direction switch for the steering switch when the all-electric stacker is running. Don't press the brake pedal directly to the bottom unless you need to slow down urgently. In the process of vehicle operation, if it is found that the battery is low in power (which can be obtained through the power meter, power shortage indicator light and other alarm devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent excessive discharge of the battery.
When the all-electric stacker is running, don't always take emergency braking during high-speed driving; Otherwise, it will cause great friction to the brake assembly and driving wheel, shorten the service life of the brake assembly and driving wheel, and even damage the brake assembly and driving wheel.
When the all-electric stacker is not in use, please put the fork to the lowest place to prevent the piston rod of the oil cylinder from rusting after being exposed to the air for a long time; The driving wheel and the front wheel shall be ensured to be free from sundries such as broken steps; The power supply remains off.
