It has a wide range of applications and can be used within 100-150 revolutions per minute. When the driving shaft rotates forward and backward, its oil inlet and oil outlet remain unchanged. When it stops using for a long time and starts again, it can also automatically absorb oil. Because it has the functions of automatic lubrication and automatic compensation for wear, it has a long service life without daily maintenance. Instructions for use:
1. When installing the oil pump, attention should be paid to the marks of the oil inlet and outlet. The oil inlet is S and the oil outlet is D. If the direction is wrong, the oil pump will not be oiled and will be damaged.
2. In order to reduce the emptying time, a tubular one-way valve matching the pump should be installed at the lower end of the oil suction pipe. The position of the one-way valve should be 1/2 of the pump and oil plane, and the pump and oil suction pipe should be filled with oil during installation.
3. The oil suction pipeline shall be sealed without leakage, otherwise the oil pump will not deliver oil or fail to meet the oil delivery standard.
4, the normal working speed is 100-1500r/min.
5. The high working environment temperature is 100℃.
6. The oil absorption height is less than 2m.
Gear pump is a rotary pump that relies on the change and movement of working volume formed between pump cylinder and meshing gear to transport liquid or pressurize it. Two closed spaces are composed of two gears, the pump body and the front and rear covers. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengaging side of the gears increases from small to large, forming a vacuum, sucking the liquid, and the volume of the space on the meshing side of the gears decreases from large to small, thus squeezing the liquid into the pipeline. The suction chamber and the discharge chamber are separated by the meshing line of two gears. The pressure at the discharge port of gear pump depends entirely on the pump source resistance.
