Backstop

In order to prevent the inclined belt conveyor from reversing or slipping when it stops on load, a check or braking device is added according to the specific situation after checking the braking torque. Roller backstop, suitable for head drum, is driven by reducer, with larger power and larger drum diameter. Belt conveyor with reducer above ZQ65 is more suitable for upward conveying and belt conveyor with inclination ≤18 degrees. Its advantages are quick backstop and short reverse distance, and it is the first choice for large and medium-sized inclined conveyors. Widely used in reducer matching, coking plant and transportation machinery, conveyors, hoists, electric drum and other mechanical equipment that need non-stop requirements.

1. The working environment temperature of the backstop is–20 ~+60℃.

2. The temperature rise of the backstop should be lower than 30℃ under normal working conditions.

3. When the backstop works for 105 times under the rated backstop torque, there shall be no pitting, plastic deformation and cracks on the surfaces of its wedge, inner ring and outer ring.

4. The heat treatment hardness of the main parts of the backstop shall comply with the provisions in Table 3.

5. All parts must pass the inspection, and the purchased parts must have the certificate of approval before assembly.

6. After assembly, the rotation direction shown on the steering sign should be consistent with the rotation direction shown on the wedge assembly.

7. The exposed surface of the backstop shall be coated with a layer of primer and two layers of paint.

8. The topcoat of the inner ring end face of the backstop is red, and the topcoat of the other outer surfaces is milky yellow. Other colors can also be used according to the user's requirements.
