Structural description of gear oil pump


This product consists of pump body, gear, front and rear pump covers, safety valves, bearings and sealing devices.


1. The pump body, front and rear covers and other parts are gray cast iron, and the gears are made of high-quality carbon steel; It can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to users' needs.


2. Safety valve.


The gear oil pump for reducer does not have a safety valve, so users need to install a safety valve in the pipeline system themselves when using it. KCB,2CY series gear oil pumps are equipped with safety valves above the rear pump cover or pump body. When the pump or discharge pipeline fails or the discharge valve is completely closed, resulting in high pressure and high pressure impact, the safety valves will automatically open, and part or all of the high pressure liquid will be discharged back to the suction cavity, thus playing a role in safety protection of the pump and pipeline.


3. Bearing.


All gear oil pumps for speed reducer adopt DU bearings; Tin bronze bearings can be used according to user's requirements. &0818.3-83.3 and 2CY1.1 gear-type oil pumps adopt DU bearings; Tin bronze bearings can be used according to user's requirements.


KCB133-960 and 2CY8-60 gear-type oil pumps have three structures: DU bearing, tin bronze bearing and rolling bearing, which should be indicated when ordering. Those not specified in the order are supplied according to DU bearing structure.


The bearing is of built-in type, and it is lubricated by the conveyed medium; 011 bearing and tin bronze bearing can work in non-lubricating medium.


4. Shaft seal.


The shaft end seal of this series of products has three structures: skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal and packing seal.


A. skeleton oil seal: skeleton oil seal is characterized by convenient maintenance and replacement, low cost and short service life. Ding Qing rubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for 1001: the following working environments; The fluororubber skeleton oil seal is suitable for working environment below 200℃.


B. 1 Mechanical seal: Mechanical seal is characterized by reliable seal, long service life and high cost. The matrix of mechanical seal is made of stainless steel, and the dynamic and static viewing media are made of YG8 cemented carbide or YG8- graphite respectively, and the service temperature is below 200℃.


C. packing seal: packing seal is only used for high-temperature oil pumps, which is characterized by high temperature resistance and a small amount of leakage. In the process of use, it needs to be adjusted frequently according to the leakage situation, and the service temperature is below 250℃.


What type of sealing structure users need should be indicated when ordering. All those not specified in the order are supplied according to Ding Qing rubber skeleton oil seal structure.


5. Type of inlet and outlet:


The oil inlet and outlet of gear oil pump for reducer are English pipe threads (G) corresponding to the caliber, which are directly made on the pump body.


KCB18.3-200 and 2CY1.1-12 gear-type oil transfer pumps are equipped with waist flanges with pipe threads; Other pumps are not equipped with flanges. When users need flanges, they should be indicated in the order.
