principle of operationKCB stainless steel gear oil pump is equipped with a pair of rotary gears in the pump body, one is active and the other is passive. By virtue of the mutual meshing of the two gears, the whole working chamber in the pump is divided into two independent parts. A is the suction cavity and b is the discharge cavity. When the pump is running, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate. When the toothing is disengaged from the meshing, a local vacuum is formed on the suction side (a) and the liquid is sucked. The sucked liquid fills all tooth valleys of the gear and is taken to the discharge side (b). When the gear is engaged, the liquid is squeezed out to form high-pressure liquid and is discharged out of the pump through the discharge port of the pump.

2. It is not suitable for hard particles or fibers, and the applicable viscosity is 5× 10-5 ~ 1.5× 103m2/s.. The temperature is not higher than 70℃.
