The fine oil filter truck produced by our factory not only has the advantages of reliable performance, compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient maintenance and use, but also has the advantages of high accuracy and low noise. The filter elements in the fine filter can be freely selected among 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm, 30μm and 40μm according to the different needs of users, and different filtering effects can be achieved only by changing the filter elements with different filtering accuracy. The oil filter truck only filters the oil in the liquid.

Structure of fine oil filter truck: 1. Fine filter 2, exhaust valve 3, pressure gauge 4, safety valve 5, pump 6, motor 7, coarse filter 8, magnetic filter 9 and flowmeter.



JB/T 9015-1999, a backstop for belt conveyor, issued by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000, specifies the terminology, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of backstop.


Rotation direction of the inner ring-the direction that can rotate freely in the backstop. Note: 1, * refers to filtration accuracy. If the medium used is water-glycol, the model of the oil filter truck is LUCBH-63× * or LUCABH-63× *, and the model of the fine filter element is CzbH-63× * or CzbH-63× *. 2. In order to ensure the rated flow of the oil filter truck and its normal use, the inner diameter of the user-supplied oil pipe should conform to the specifications in the above table: and pay attention to the fact that the oil suction pipe must not be flattened during work, so as to avoid the damage of the oil pump and the oil suction height difference < 500mm. 3, refers to the oil pump shaft seal.


Use and maintenance of oil filter car


1. When the oil filter truck is started, care should be taken not to reverse the oil pump, so as not to cause the shaft seal of the oil pump to blow out and cause air to be sucked in.


2. When the oil filter truck is in use, the oil pump may inhale air, which may affect the flow rate of the oil pump. In order to achieve the rated flow rate of the oil filter truck and ensure the normal work of the fine filter element, the exhaust valve should be opened in time, so that the air in the filter cartridge can be discharged (that is, after the oil is discharged from the exhaust valve), and the exhaust valve should be closed in time after the air is discharged.


3. After the oil filter truck is used for a period of time, if the oil absorption is not smooth due to pollutants seriously blocking the surface of the coarse filter, and the noise of the oil pump is too large, it should stop and take out the filter element for cleaning.


4. After being used for a period of time, the fine filter element is easily blocked by pollutants, causing the pressure of the filter cartridge to rise. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, it is necessary to replace the fine filter element in time.


5, the use of oil absorption, oil hose should be kept clean at any time.


6. If the oil filter truck can't pump oil, please check and confirm that: a. Whether the oil pump turns correctly; B. Whether the seals of all parts between the oil tank and the oil suction port are reliable, and whether the oil suction port leaves the oil level or the oil has been sucked up; C. Whether the filter element of the primary filter is blocked.


7. The flow of the oil filter truck is significantly reduced. Please check and confirm that: a. Whether the coarse and fine filter elements are seriously blocked; B. Whether the oil seal of the oil pump shaft is worn or blown out due to reversal.


8. The filtration pressure drops suddenly. Please check whether the fine filter element is broken down.


Precautions for use


1. When the cable of the oil filter truck is connected to the power supply, it should be confirmed that the power supply voltage and frequency are consistent with the motor nameplate, and the power supply connection is safe and reliable.


2. After the oil inlet and outlet hoses of the oil filter truck are placed in the working position, the oil filter truck can be started to work.


The starting and stopping steps of the oil filter truck are as follows:


(1) inching the motor to confirm that the motor steering is consistent with the requirements (the motor rotor rotates clockwise). If they are inconsistent, they can be made consistent by changing the wiring position of the motor.


(2) After the motor steering is confirmed, start the motor, and observe the working conditions of the oil inlet and outlet and the pressure of the pressure gauge at the same time. If it works normally, it can work continuously.


(3) After the work is completed, manually stop the switch, the motor stops working and disconnect the power supply.


3. The safety valve on the gear pump has been adjusted (16bar) before leaving the factory, and no adjustment is needed.


4. After the oil filter truck is started, if there is no oil flowing out of the pressure pipe, check the following contents:


A. Whether the oil suction hose absorbs enough oil (high oil viscosity and low temperature will cause insufficient oil suction). If necessary, pre-charge the oil suction hose.


B, oil suction oil filter is blocked. Oil suction filter can be cleaned regularly.


C. Whether the safety valve on the gear pump is in a low pressure state.


5. The oil filter roof cover is equipped with a pressure gauge. When the pointer reaches a certain pressure (generally about 6bar), the filter element should be replaced in time.


6, filter replacement


A, when replacing the filter element, it must be confirmed that the oil filter truck is in the shutdown state, and the oil filter must be depressurized (the pressure gauge shows 0bar status), which can be relieved by unscrewing the exhaust plug on the oil filter cover plate.


Process of replacing filter element:


B loosen the four handle bolts on the oil filter cover plate and pull them down along the empty hole. Pull up the cover plate of the oil filter (or tap it gently from the bottom up with a wooden stick), remove the cover plate and take the filter element out of the filter cartridge.


C put the new filter element in the filter cartridge. In order to facilitate installation, lubricating oil can be applied to the O-ring on the filter element. Align the oil filter cover plate with the filter cartridge, gently and evenly press down, and be careful that the O-ring in the oil filter cover plate is not pinched off. Finally, screw the four handles.


D When replacing the filter element or cleaning the filter cartridge, the oil can be discharged through the oil drain ball valve.


7. The random filter element has been installed in the oil filter. Users can choose the filter element precision according to the working conditions.Note: 1, * refers to filtration accuracy.
